Full-Service Estate Liquidation

One plan for the whole estate, from the first walkthrough to empty rooms, with every piece sent where it sells best.

Full-service liquidation puts the entire estate under one plan and one team. We walk every room, decide with you what we purchase, what goes to private auction, what sells at a managed sale, and what is donated. Then we clear the house. You deal with us, not four separate vendors.

Families choose this when a parent’s estate runs past one full house into a storage unit or a lake place, and nobody has weeks to spend in Texas sorting it. Here is how it runs.

When this is a good fit

  • The estate is large and every room needs a decision
  • You want one contact instead of a buyer, an auction house, a sale company, and a hauler
  • The home has to end up empty and ready to list or hand back

When another path may suit better

  • You only need one piece or one collection sold
  • You plan to run the sale yourselves and just need a crew for the leftovers

What happens, in order

Every full-service job follows the same sequence. The order is the protection.

  • Keepsakes, photographs, and estate papers come out first, or go into a marked room that stays closed
  • We walk the whole house, attic and garage included, plus any storage unit or second property, and note what matters: a watch in the nightstand, the sterling service still in its felt-lined chest, a signed Texas painting in the back hall
  • You get a written plan that names each route and the pieces assigned to it
  • The purchase, the auction consignment, and any sale run in the order the plan sets
  • The cleanout comes last, once everything worth selling or donating has left

What goes in writing

Before a single piece moves, you approve a scope document. It lists what we are buying and the price, what goes to auction and the fee on those results, what the family keeps, and what the cleanout covers. Anything not on that list stays in the house until you say otherwise.

Why one team matters on a fine estate

Money disappears in the gaps between vendors. A hauler shows up before anyone has looked. A donation truck takes the cedar chest with the pearls still in the tray. A sale company tags a mid-century credenza as used furniture. When one team runs the whole sequence, nobody clears a room we have not walked.

Next steps

Call or send a few details about the estate. We set a time to walk it, with you there or on your behalf if you live out of state. The walkthrough and the written plan cost the estate nothing, and you are free to say no.

Where full service liquidation fits the wider picture is something we cover in end-to-end estate liquidation for households across Dallas–Fort Worth.
