From First Call to a Cleared Home
Four steps, the same whichever route you choose. Here is what happens from the first call to an empty house.
Estates go well when things happen in order. Look first, decide second, clear last. Skip a step and a diamond ring ends up in a donation box. Our process keeps the walkthrough ahead of everything else.
This sequence is the backbone of our whole-estate approach.
Each step, start to finish
Call or request an evaluation
Tell us about the estate by phone or through the form. We need no documents, account numbers or item values yet. Just the situation and the city, so we confirm the estate is in our area.
We review the whole estate
We go room by room: jewelry boxes, closets, the garage, the desk drawers, and any storage unit or second property. The estate is one job, so nothing gets priced alone. Keepsakes and papers are set aside before any offer, and a piece that needs an outside opinion gets one.
Compare your options
You see the routes side by side: an outright offer for the contents, a private auction for the standout pieces, a managed sale, or a mix. Each one shows what it means for price, privacy and timing. You never face a single take-it-or-leave-it number.
You choose, in writing
You set the scope, the exclusions and the timing, and you pick the route. Nothing moves until all of it is on paper. You know exactly what is included and what stays yours to handle.
What happens after you choose
The work follows the scope you signed. When an estate uses more than one route, we run them in order: auction pieces catalogued and out first, then the purchase packed and loaded, then the cleanout. Nothing sellable gets hauled by mistake. With a purchase or private auction, there is no public sale at the house.

Before the walkthrough
- Leave the contents where they are until we have seen them.
- Set aside what the family has already chosen to keep.
- Make a note of pieces you have questions about.
- Keep wills, IDs and account records out of the web form.
Begin with a phone call
