Answers to common estate questions
We review the whole estate first and look at what is there. Contents that sell well as a group go into an outright offer, and signed jewelry, good watches and fine art go to private auction when collectors will pay more. We lay both out in writing, and the family picks.
No. The walkthrough and evaluation cost nothing and commit you to nothing. If you choose an auction or a managed sale, the fee goes in the written scope before any work starts.
Yes. We work inside the authority and timeline set by the court and the estate attorney. This is general process information, not legal advice, so we take direction from estate counsel on what happens and when.
Leave out wills, court filings, IDs, account numbers, exact addresses and item values. The form needs only enough to reach you and understand the estate. Anything sensitive waits for a direct conversation.
We work across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Tell us the city or ZIP first, and we confirm the estate is in our area before we schedule a walkthrough.
That is normal. Some of it resells, some goes to donation, and some gets hauled. We sort it with you, and a final cleanout clears the rest after the pieces worth selling are gone.
One offer covers everything you want sold, in a single transaction. You skip the listings, the strangers in the house and the haggling. A standout piece, like a signed painting or a Patek Philippe, earns more at private auction, and we tell you when that is the case.
